McDaniel Knutson is a full-service financial planning organization. We focus our commitment on being a partner and advocate for every client.
Philosophy: At McDaniel Knutson, our role is firmly centered on representing our clients' interests, not those of a particular investment or insurance company. We only recommend the investment products and strategies which we use for our own money. We are committed to excellence and integrity without compromise. We believe long-range planning and service are more important than short-term answers.
Active Management: Victoria Bogner is our Chief Investment Analyst. She leads our investment management team, a group of professionals who meet weekly for in-depth market analysis. The team actively manages the holdings in each portfolio, determining if the portfolio objective is still being met. We do not outsource money-management decisions and analysis. Every week, our analysts research the overall health of the market and each specific holding. We look at dozens of indicators, including new highs, new lows, market breadth, greed/fear indicators, price earnings ratios, interest rates, bond prices, and others to assess the current market environment. Once we understand the big picture, we zoom in to specific investments to make sure they are consistent with our expectations.
Individualized, Client-Focused Service: We build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients marked by confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. Our objective is to provide the highest level of service. Our advisors do not compete with each other for business, instead we work together to help create the best results for you. Our financial plans are individually customized for each client. We do not believe in cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all solutions.
Regular Contact: At McDaniel Knutson, we believe in keeping you informed about the decisions we're making with your money. We recommend meeting at least once per year to evaluate your investments and make sure they are consistent with your objectives and expectations. In between those meetings we post weekly blogs to our website, send market commentaries regularly via email, and publish a monthly newsletter to keep you informed of our impressions of financial markets.
